1. Why It’s Easier to Make Decisions for Someone Else
This is a really interesting article on the psychology of decision-making. Two-takeaways: find a mentor and consider becoming a consultant. (I’m only half-joking.)
When we are brainstorming ideas to other people’s problems, we’re inspired; we have a free flow of ideas to spread out on the table without judgment, second-guessing, or overthinking.

This is a great post from ActiveCampaign’s Benyamin Elias. He talks about the numbers, but also describes why they are so imperfect. I really enjoyed this one.

I’m a sucker for posts like this. Andrew Askins generously shares all kinds of useful lessons about the company’s growth in 2018, including the financials.
