Create a system to avoid regret

There are a few things in life you almost definitely regret. Here are a few examples:

  • Not asking for help when you need it
  • Dwelling on failure
  • Worrying too much about what other people think

I stumbled across an article titled The Biggest Wastes of Time We Regret When We Get Older by Kristin Wong that dives into these topics and a few others. More importantly, she provides little anecdotes to help you navigate these kinds of situations.

We all get stuck in our own heads. Systems like the ones Kristin explains can help us break unhealthy these unhealthy habits.
